All exchange students who start their exchange period at HAAGA-HELIA in the spring term 2010 should fill in this form by 18 December 2009. If your arrival plans change later, please inform us the changes by sending an email both to esn-pickup(at)helga.fi and to international(at)haaga-helia.fi .

You can check your home campus from your acceptance email which you have received from HAAGA-HELIA.

Please note that if you want to use the ESN HELGA pick-up service it is available only on Monday 11.01.2010 and Tuesday 12.01.2010.
6) Your arrival time to Helsinki (e.g. 14.00). *
Please note that if you want to use the ESN HELGA pick-up service it is available only 09.00 - 23.00.
7) Do you want to use the ESN HELGA pick-up service *
The pick-up service is available only between 09.00-23.00 on Monday 11.01.2010 and Tuesday 12.01.2009 .
